We want you to love your Hello Bargello kits and supplies, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your package.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn, canvas, and patterns are in pristine condition and free of odors or pet hair.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
